The only way to go is through a state school in your current state. Out of state tuition for any college is crazy. Also, I don't know how much you have in your savings, but if it's anything below 50k, then get ready for that to disappear before your school is done. However, we all go/went to college to make money or beg for money in San Diego, so there is a bright future no matter how you look at it.

There are four branches of the University of MD that offer what you're looking for. Also, Salisbury, Frostburg, and Morgan State. If you go to collegeboard.com you can do a college search based on the criteria you desire in a college (2 or 4 yr, public v. private, location, etc.). The tuition of all 7 of these colleges are roughly between 6 and 7 thousand dollars/yr. Tack on about 8,000 if living on campus. Maybe you'll even be close enough to commute to one to save you that expense. Hope this was helpful

Check out Louisville Technical Institute or Sullivan University. They have great programs (online as well) and a very high success rate for graduate employment services.
