Education & Reference - 21 June 2007

I've worked on and off supporting myself so that I could go to university. I just finished my undergraduate program. I'm now thinking about whether I should do my MBA in Canada or postpone it by going abroad. I'm thinking that since China is such a popular destination for work that I may head over there to learn some Chinese and possibly get some work experience there before starting my MBA. I wanted to see if there is anyone out there who might have studied and worked in China and whether you can share your experience with me so that I can make a more informed decision. Also, if you can recommend a school and the best city to be in China that would be great. Thanks!

I took 4 regents this year and i did horrible on all of them. I get good grades in class like 90s and above. Would colleges think that i did something "bad" to get those grades? Would i be considered as a "Fake" student?
Do you think colleges would care more about your grades on the regents than ur Gpa? Please help me with this ques!!!

I am almost done with my MBA, but I had to start from scratch and take 6 undergrad prerequisite classes (7th was waived), because I have a technical undergraduate degree. The MBA program itself is 13 classes, 3 credits each. Start to finish, it will have taken me 3 1/2 years. Is this typical for a part or half-time student (I work full time as well).

im gunu go high school next year i wanted a peircing/s for today (my birthday).. but i came home from .. school i have stupid ballons in my room wich is a bit .. crappy.. some stupid happy birthday sign thats on the corner of my room... im having the stupidist birthday ever... i feel like crap... its the last day of of school wich is dissapointing all i have left is to do yahoo and baout to cry..:)......

I graduated from Moscow State University last year.
I've been working as a Private lawyer for an year.

Okay My parents were paying for my college but stopped, I ended up owing my university 8,000. I didnt take the money out in student loans so I dont owe that. Im wondering will the military pay for my 8,000 to the school even though it is not a loan just a debt?

When a child is obviously mentally impaired or autistic do you still have to try interventions in the classroom and prove that they do not help the child? The whole process of identifying a child with special needs can take 7 months after the weeks of interventions and the window allowed for testing. Children end up losing most of the academic year. Our district has a high transient rate so some children must start the process all over again when they go to a new school.

I just got my SAT scores and they are horrible...

51 crit reading

53 math

56 writing

math + verbal = 1040 (1600 total)

Will this hurt me tons? I can't beleive i recieved such a score..hopefully my ACT is better. What fear is that my scores aren't good enough for a school such as A&M.



Also do college apps ask for PSAT scores?(my PSAT score was very good)
