In my program to help prepare for the A.C.T is says that the answer is .43, but my caculator says it is 43 so is the program wrong?

This is my 5th year in the trade, and up until this year it hasn't been too bad. I have started at a new school this year becausse we needed to be closer to home. It is a low income school, and nothing like I had taught before in the past, (little parental support, etc...)So ANYWAY,today my principal calls me into her office and asks me if I enjoy teaching? Says I have been barking at my kids several times...Well...I THOUGHT it was going ok...I mean, yeah I raise my voice, once in a while, but no more than the other teachers on my team. And yes, I look forward to being able to stay home with my daughter in a couple years...but...now I don't know what to think...I LOVE to teach kids when they listen...I don't when they act a pain...she seemed so "concerned" that she upset me over it, that it was "constructive criticism"...but it felt more like I was being shown "other options"...I mean...who wouldn't start to doubt themselves? I promised myself I wouldn't become a burnout statistic!

My bf and I have been interested in going to another country to teach english. What I don't understand is that I don't need any knowledge of their language or any experience.How can I teach someone english if I don't know their language? Apparently , they have a different "system". I'd really like to know what this system is before I spend $1700 on the course. And is my bf able to go if he has a criminal record for assault? If anybody has any experiences I'd really like to hear them aswell.

I am doing a science fair project on Global Warming. I will be giving my subjects a questionnaire and then showing them the movie "An Inconvenient Truth". Afterwards, I will give them the same questionnaire and see how their idea about it changes.

Do you think this would be a good idea?

Currently Im in an argument about this with my parents, do colleges look at semester or nine weeks grades, I myself just thought they looked at GPA, and if they looked at grades at all semester because thats what the GPA is based off of, the average of both nine weeks, if Im wrong please correct me if Im wrong and I will keep my mouth shut about it, but I myself think Im am right, can someone help me here. And yes I know colleges arent just looking for grades, but they are important and thats why I am in IB, International Bacculareate Program.
