Yeah, I believe in any post secondary education. The good thing is after high school, your education options are limitless. I went to a trade/vocational school, because I didn't think a big school was for me. I've been employed ever since. I actually got a job before I graduated college. Either way, keep learning. You only need to worry about not getting a job if you don't go.

You can get a job, but for a good job...one that will pay well
and offer you opportunities for advancement, you're going
to need a degree from a 4 year college. You can get part time
interim employment while you're finishing your junior and
senior years. Do it now while your studying skills are still
fresh. Much easier than going back to school down the road.
