I have a friend who seems quiet and unassuming, doesn't swear and hates conflict kinda mummy's boy anyway there's a few of us have got together for a drink and about an hour into the evening this absolutely stunning girl walks past and there was silence as all our mouths fell open except for the mummy's boy who just as the place went quiet says really loudly to the lads my God I'd love to push that around the carpet for a few hours wouldn't you, laugh I nearly burst a testicle

I don't know when i first heard it, but I think it is brilliant. To me it says that it is important to fill my days with something that is meaningful to me, and first and foremost good things. And if I do something silly, it is still a day that didn't disappear into nothing, but a day that I (hopefully) learnt something.

It made me realise it is a bit silly to be too fussy about food because as that guy said it all comes out the same afterwards.
