I am writing a research paper, and i have found a wealth of information located in another students Senior Thesis posted online. I was wondering whether I can use and cite this information in my research paper? Anyone know?

Everytime i get hold of my school books i just lose it completely, i immediately feel too lazy and end up doing something else. At times i just fall asleep!!! Now i have a big test tomorrow and i'm rushing around trying to get everything in my head. How do i get rid of this habit of doing things last minute (i do get good grades afterwards but last-minute reading is risky all the same). HELP!!!!!!!!!

I'm an education major concentrating in middle grades language arts social studies. I really like my major and I know I want to work with kids, but the more I learn the more I think I want to go into a different field of education besides classroom teaching. I do not want to go into administration. I am willing to go to grad school, but could someone please help me out with what options are available to me? my son came home today and said he has been pushed into the wall by a teacher, the head said i can do one of two things, 1 let the head conduct an internal investigation or 2 report it to the police and let them conduct an investigation, my son is not brusied or marked in any way, but he dont want to go back to school, what would you do????????

Ok i'm in a community college, i'm 19, so i'm an adult.

It's a group communications class, so we got into groups and we had to discuss something within 10 min. We finished in about 5. When we were done i opened up my cell phone (WHICH WAS ON VIBRATE) because I got a txt message. She saw me just open it for 5 seconds and i just needed to read it and she comes over and starts trying to tell me I need to have my cell phone turned off for class and that it's in the syllabys. I look it up and it says "to not distract others around you, please turn off all beepers and pagers." And what I was doing was distracting no one.

Also I was reading my notes in class while we were having a discussion because i needed to look up a word, she yells at me for not paying attention when I really was.

Also she says she penalizes your grade for being late, but doesn't say it on the syllabys. Isn't this contract infringment?

Is there anything I can do to go above her? She just snipes me, am I wrong here?

so i lived in california my whole life. i just got here to oklahoma and it was a huge cultural shock. so my new school has 900 people per grade.. my old school had 300 people per grade. its so much different, and impossible to fit in because everyone has their own "clicks". no ones accepting of me. its just hard. and all the new people hate the school.

anyway, as for my question.
me and my parents were discussing homeschooling for my senior year. how does that work and is it a bad idea to do that for senior year? help me out a little please.. and thank you =]
