Could someone please tell me how legitimate those Caribbean Medical Schools are?

I have not looked into Medical School of the Americas. However, I am familiar with other Caribbean programs.

The important thing to consider is the pass rate for the USMLE and rotation placement. While the Caribbean schools are set up to be compliant with US standards, you may have difficulty getting into more competitive residencies. Still, the schools are legit and if you put in the effort, you will receive a good education.

Go to an American Medical School, so you can get a job with a good hospital in the States.
