this is not always true, unless it reads, homework+TESTS+determination=success then it isnt true i mean maybe i just dont understand what you mean but if you fail on tests then you fail in school , thats a givin and you could probably fail on homework but pass test and still make it through school , no i dont agree unless you meant what i said above
