Please tell me why 'would' is used in the sentence below. why not 'will'?
However I would always use my laptop as it is more
flexible and provides better functionality.

what are the pros and cons of getting into this program? is this school much like other bogus sites or ineffective methods? what do you think about learning or having long distance studying with this school over the internet as i cannot personally go to this school.
im quite impressed by the testimonials on this site but im not sure of their veracity/truthfulness as many other sites give off bogus testimonials.
a professional's advice would be helpful but others advice and recommendations are also welcomed.

I,m really interested in following a Pharmacy course that is Internationally recomended. Though I followed a Pharmacy course in my native country, the knowledge I have gained in the field is not sufficient. So I wanted to continue my studies further that I left half way through.All what I need is to refresh my knowledge in the field of pahrmacy. I'm in good physical shape and currently taking high school courses to upgrade my skills to what's required to apply. But from a competitive standpoint would I be at a disadvantage as (assuming I get into the program) I would be starting as a paramedic at around 32-33? I don't want to to go through all this schooling just to be passed over for being too old or something like that. Any help (especially from Toronto Canada Paramedics) would be appreciated! Thank You

I'm in Spanish 102 and it's getting down to the wire in terms of the semester and finals coming up. I suck at this crap and would only rate myself as a level 101 still.
