what is the difference between agrarian reform and land reform? pls explain clearly, i'm so confused.?

Agrarian reform is making better use of farm lands, whether it be adding animals or taking them off. Land reform deals in who is allotted to control the land, generally this type of reform takes away from good users to many users.
