Which sentence I should use.
1.I have told you many times, but you haven’t listened to me.
2.I have told you many times, but you didn’t listen to me.

Please help. Thanks a lot.

It depends - haven't is used for present tense and didn't for past. So it depends on whether you are telling the person that you told them many times a while ago, or whether you've been telling them currently e.g. you are not listening to me, use haven't.

the second one (didn't listen) is the proper one
