Could someone help me with these problems, because I have a test coming up and these are the suggested problems. Thank you

1) An airplane lands and starts down the runway at a southwest velocity of 45 m/s. What constant acceleration allows it to come to a stop in 1.4 km

2) Two blocks are connected by a lightweight, flexible cord that passes over a frictionless pulley. If m1 is 3.4 kg and m2 is 9.1 kg, and block 2 is initially at rest 140 cm above the floor, how long does it take block 2 to reach the floor?

I screwed up my first year of college. Depression, anxiety, and laziness were all a factor. My grades are horrible, and my GPA is absolutely deploralbe. I am doing my Chartered Accountancy (CA) here in Pakistan. I'm planning to go UK for my higher studies. I want to continue my CA there, I've mailed the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) they have
responded me back and have said that they do recognize Pakistan's degree.

Now, I want to ask ..
What step I have to take next, how to apply in an institution in UK?
Do you know about any good institute there offering CA?
Is IELTS mandatory for studying in UK or USA?
