I need help on comparing and ordering rational numbers:

There are many tools in the Blackfoot tribe, and there are three tools that are very useful when they go hunting. The first tool is Arrowhead. Arrowheads are made out of hard rocks, and it was tied onto sticks. Arrowhead can hurt animals, so it is useful when you go hunting. The second tool is a hide scrapper, it is useful too because it can scrap hides and fur off the animals. The third tool is a Travois. Travois is a tool that can carried by animals, I think I would want to have a Travois myself, it is fun to be carried by animals, I think buses or cars are bored!

Have a bachleors degree, but cannot find a job in this area of New York State. I have a 6 yr old son and have recently became a widow which leaves me very little money to continue my education. I guess what I am asking is if getting an MBA would be as much a waste of money as getting my bachelors?

I believe I got like a 440 on Math 430 in Reading and a 390 in writing....I know thats horrible but should I send my scores to colleges anyway if Im planning on taking the ACT? I know for a fact that I will do better......A college sent me an application and I dont want to put that score on there because they will think Im dumb and that was just really a bad test day for me. Should I just wait until I take the ACT to send the application back or do you think they will accept me with that score?????
p.s My high school academic record is fairly good.....speaks for itself
