Assuming you mean, i.e., his views on property ownership.

In the 2nd treatise of govt., he stated that every person's body belonged to them. Further, the work they exerted from their body belonged to them. If they performed work on something (e.g. picked an apple to eat), it was the work that connected the property to the person. BUT he stated that property only belonged to a man up to the point/amount he needed it, and that any excess belonged to the public. Today most of us have far more than we need.
