I never heard of watering plants with milk. I know you can clean the leaves on some plants with milk though to make them shinier. I would think if you put milk in the soil in a day it will smell like curdled milk in your house.

I've heard of giving pumpkins milk through their vine to help them grow extra big, but never watering a plant with milk.
Here's a science fair project that someone did on the topic:

it really is not any longer undesirable, yet you ought to placed better form on your weight-help plan to make confident you're starting to be perfect foodstuff. For protein, mixture it up with some beans, nuts, lentils, etc. you ought to eat quite a few sorts of fruit and vegetables, and combine up the starches with stuff like pasta, rice, potatoes etc. you've not listed any form of vegetable, yet you want vegetables because it truly is the position you get your calcium. as well, you'll lose interest of those issues fairly quick, have self belief me. you'll keep it hassle-free, only make vegan variations of worry-loose dishes like spaghetti, burritos, etc. also, PB and J! it really is effortless, healthy, and vegan. good success.
