Hi, I have an Akai TV , the after sales service is very bad., its 30 days they are yet to get it done , more over the service eng., are givng all kinds of excuse. Is this the kind of service we get for this brand.

A week before it died, i noticed occosional short flickering sound (tik) as the screen shows black lines for a moment, then goes back to normal.

We were watching tv and it made a sssss sound and shut off. Now it won't turn on or off and doesn't click when you try. My vcr that is attached to it, does still record. What happened???

I've tried hooking up the TV using the LCD output jack on my videocard, and hooking it into the DVI port on the back of the TV. I've experimented with different resolutions, but all I get is either a blank screen or a "frozen" image. Does anyone know of some program that has some kind of driver that will allow this to work? Or even some little trick. I have 2 computers and a wireless network. It could be a lot of fun having a computer in the office and my 2nd computer hooked up to the TV :)

There are horizontal bars goings through the TV image. It sometimes looks as if the whole image itself is shaking. What if wrong with it? Can it be easily fixed?

i told sky tv to shove it up their butt because
i went out and got sky tv on saturday and by tuesday afternoon i had been cut off 4 times for not paying my sky bill evan tho they havent sent me 1 and i only had it 3 days
