I've tried hooking up the TV using the LCD output jack on my videocard, and hooking it into the DVI port on the back of the TV. I've experimented with different resolutions, but all I get is either a blank screen or a "frozen" image. Does anyone know of some program that has some kind of driver that will allow this to work? Or even some little trick. I have 2 computers and a wireless network. It could be a lot of fun having a computer in the office and my 2nd computer hooked up to the TV :)

Unfortunately the DVI from the computer is a different version than your plasma, and it isn't supposed to work. I know that there is exceptions to this rule, and I'm not aware of the particular brands of video cards, receivers, etc. If you look at the DVI port on the computer and your plasma you will notice that one has a X for the blade on the cable and the other is only a I. I've heard this is to thwart illegal copying.

It hooks up with the RGB port to a computer, not DVI. Also check to see if your computer recognizes it as a monitor (you might need a driver).

if you purchased an HDMI output card, you possibly does no longer ought to agonize about reveal high quality, you would only ought to agonize about even if it is going to easily artwork. If the plasma television had a computer screen enter, its like the component on the decrease back of your laptop except the option, it is going to artwork, yet i do not understand in case you may want to apply it through HDMI, i do not imagine that's ever been tried.
