Please help me decide!?

I am looking for a plasma TV between 40-50 inches (wall mountable) and has progressive scan for under $2,000.

If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

For 2K you are going to have to get an off-brand, which I do not reccomend. If you only want to spend 2K, I would get an LCD, but then you can't do the wall mount. Whatever you decide, make sure it is 1080p.

All plasmas are progressive scan. A plasma TV that big will be heavy and should be professionally mounted. Flat panel LCDs are much lighter, but expensive in that size range. For the price you are looking for, you will have to wait a few years.
