I just bought a new portable dvd player and was told that I had to charge it only when the battery is completely used up. But then, as everyone should know, it would be easier to charge it anytime you want (even if the battery is like half), so that when I leave with the player, it has a full battery and I can use it to the max. So does it spoil the battery in anyway? Whether if I charge it without the battery fully drained or pull the plug when the battery has not been charged fully? And not only for the player, for other devices as well.

we're required to make a prototype of a transmitter that can send AM and FM signals simultaneously. Our professor gave us a hint that we may use harmonics, yet we're still clueless...we hope yahoo answers can help us build our prototype. Thank you.

I love the headphones that came bundled wih my PSP, but my friend accidentally blew hardly into the headphones, and they are messed up now. Anyway, I like earbuds the most because they are best for the PSP, in my opinion. I just need to know the best headphones I could get. I heard Sennheiser makes great ones!

Hey All....

With the discovery of Amazon Unbox, I can now watch movies and TV Shows for a price on my PC. Very Nice, right? But my TV is in my family room, and I would like to be able to watch TV shows on that TV. Needless to say, this computer is far from that TV and is a desktop (I can't move it)

So how can I get my computer hooked up wirelessly to the TV in the hopes of watching videos on it?

Need more details? Email me please!

-Thank you all

How can I tell the sound quality with headphones.
Is it dB/mW
Is it Hz
Or is it ohms at kHz

Which one of these determines sound quility?

I am refering to a tracking device hidden under your car's dash that allows you to see where the car is at all times, NOT a navigation system. Would you use it to track a cheating spouse, or your kids, for theft recovery, or is there another reason?

I have a SmartHome Console that I use to control Christmas lights. I bought three new indoor remotes this year on Amazon. None of them work, despite the instructions saying they're compatible. One rattles, so I'm pretty sure it's literally broken, but the other two won't work either. I know it's not the console I have because it's working with my outdoor lights perfectly.

Are there any known incompatibilities or do I just have a bum batch?

The batteries in question are these:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=360001571305&ssPageName=MERC_VI_RSCC_Pr12_PcY_BIN_Stores_IT&refitem=360001099583&itemcount=12&refwidgetloc=active_view_item&usedrule1=StoreCatToStoreCat&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget

Are they more likely to leak or something?

I want to buy a camcorder battery and a couple of PS2 video games. Has anyone had any problems with shopping on amazon for electronics or otherwise? I hesitate to use my credit card online and am worried about not recieving what I order or it being in bad condition. But, they have such good prices on things it's something I've been seriously considering.

apple said that if you jailbreak your iphone it voids the warrenty. ok. can he do that? the new iphones i know he can im sure its written in the contract, but the old iphones its not. so if you buy a phone when it first came out, can he deny you service? because if he did it because he said it voids the warrenty then thats changing the contract after its already established, and thats not legal, the new ones yes, the old ones no, i just dont get how he can try to say no to the old ones with out changing the contract. also - itouch, if you jailbreak that does it void the warrenty because he does not ever say anything about itouches, i know the big deal with the iphones is the at&t service, blah blah, but does it void the warrenty on the itouch, ive never seen anythihng that says it will, also, if it does on the newer itouches, does it void it on the old ones? thanks
