After extensive study, it's been concluded that there is no heavy evidence that such a thing could happen. Then again, after even longer study, this conclusion may be proven wrong. If that is the case, unfortunately, cell phones, etc. are too valuable in this day in age to completely give up. Just think of the fits all the teeny-boppers would throw if the government took away their cell phones. :)
