It's only a broadcast antenna signal that I want to record from.
The manual says to use an external tuner but I can't seem to find anything like that for sale. If you know where I can get one please let me know or if you have any other ideas. It does connect through another dvd recorder as the other one has an antenna connection and then I can run a/v cables from the output to the a/v inputs in the new recorder and I can record but this is not ideal as I need the new recorder for use in another room. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Almost all of the stuff we have for our son requires batteries. Rechargeable D's are very expensive and they don't last very long. His crib mobile requires 4 and not only do they need to continually be changed, it's a pain to get them out every time this happens. Any suggestions on how to convert these to an AC adaptor would be great. Thanks!

I'm doing a science project that requires an instrument to measure the electromagnetic frequency of electric appliances..... More specifically, cell phones. My science teacher told me stories of how when he did a science project about the effects of cigarette smoke, he wrote the cigg. companies, and they sent him free samples to use.. Another girl needed soap, so she wrote the soap companies - and got free soap.. Others were investigating the effect of caffience of heart-rate.. They got free CASES of Coca-cola.. So on, so forth.. I am curious who I should write to get an EMF measurer shipped to me to use and return... heheheh. And which one you reccomend I should ask for.. There are some that cost 24 dollars, and others ranging in the hundreds.. I need one that works well, and is shippable to me soon. You'd think they wouldn't hesitate to send me one because I am basically doing product testing for them! Heheh.. Thanks!
