It's a navigator for the car, but it shows on your PSP. I heard they have it at Japan, but i'm wondering if they have it here in California stores. It's like a navigator that will show up on your PSP from connecting it with this other thing. Thanks so much! luv ya!

I have a power adapter that changes the tip of a power cable from the US standard to the Spain standard. My laptop has 3 prongs and the adapter accepts 2. It fits into it, but the 3rd prong just rests outside. I know the voltage over there is twice as strong, so will this work correctly?

Well I use the AUX in for my computer but lately have noticed that in between songs on my computer I can hear some lady talking which freaked me out until I realized it was a radio station. How is it getting the radio signal in with the AUX input from my computer and how can I get rid of this?by the way if i change the radio station to static it's still there no matter what.

Hello: I'm starting to go through old VHS tapes my parents made years ago and I have a couple of questions. How do you know whether audio was actually 'on" when the tapes were made? I'm not sure which ones have audio and which don't. I can hear alot of hissing and static in the background of some of them, but not sure if there was any actual audio, voices, talking, etc.
Also, I am going to put these tapes on DVD, so if I find there is audio of any kind, how would I do that? All I'm getting from these tapes is the 'hissing, static, etc." I have a feeling there was audio recorded, but again, how do you find out for sure? Is there something on the VHS tape itself that would tell you for sure?
Any help is greatly appreciated. I've never undertook any kind of video transfer but want to be able to get all the audio off these tapes if there is any. My parents are both deceased so I can't ask them.

I have an ATI Wonder and also the Dazzle, Studio 10 programs for the video transfer.

I am considering Satellite Radio services and leaning toward XM over Sirius, but am interested in hearing from people in the Greater Syracuse, NY area about the signal. Is the signal strong? Which signal is better? Which receivers are the best/strongest? I would love to get a portable unit, but hear they are not really ready for prime time, is that true? How about having it installed in your auto, is the signal good? Any suggestions, comments relating to the services from people in Syracuse or Upstate NY would be greatly appreciated.

I know that television sets are on sale just about everywhere because of the superbowl. At least thats one of the reasons at the moment. But does anyone know if sales are even better after the event is over. I am looking to buy a 42" plasma flat screen for the living room and want to research before I jump in, but don't want to miss the good sales.

Thanks.

Theatres (stage and musical theatres) have disclaimers saying that people cannot record things (visual and auditory). But honestly, if someone does try to record something, like using an MP3 recorder, how would the theatre even detect that?

I've got an on digital box with a smart card that I haven't used for a few years. now when I try to operate it I can't get a picture.

Checking the menus I have found info that said the subscription was out (in 06/2002).

No subscription was originaly paid.

All the help line numbers are now unobtainable.

How do I get the thing working?/ Does anybody know any helpline numbers?

Hello and here is a question for our electrical friends.
I have purchased an electric toothbrush, the rechargable type. It comes with a fancy 240 volt charger but what I find unusual is that there are no metal contacts on either the battery or the charger.

What I am saying is that the battery has a plastic surface, the charger also has a plastic surface so how does the current enter the battery during charging?

Thank you.

The machine is an industrial wire stripper. The plate on the motor has the following info: HP 1, RPM 1275, PH 1 HZ 60, Volt 115/230, AMB 40%, FR 56C, ENC'L, FL AMPS 13.6/6.8.
The sales assistant at Maplin's told me I wont need a transformer or a converter and it would be ok to plug into uk mains using a travel plug adapter. Is this correct?
