I've got an on digital box with a smart card that I haven't used for a few years. now when I try to operate it I can't get a picture.

Checking the menus I have found info that said the subscription was out (in 06/2002).

No subscription was originaly paid.

All the help line numbers are now unobtainable.

How do I get the thing working?/ Does anybody know any helpline numbers?

On digital went out of business about 5 years ago,but you can still use your box by retuning it.Take out the card,on your remote control go into the menu and select 4, then 5, and then press start. This worked for me.You will not need the card any more as it is now obsolete.

We used to have on digital but the company closed down several years ago which will explain why you're not getting through to the helplines.
