Music & Music Players - March 2007

I only have a 2gb iPod nano and i have to use the checkbox feature in certain tracks so my iPod only syncs with my favourite songs. The problem is when i select party shuffle it only plays the checked tracks. Is there a way to get the party shuffle to play both checked and unchecked trachs?

I'm going to get a Ipod Video, but I dont know if I have to use Itunes. I have other mp3 music, but everyone seems to buy from itunes. Can i just put in the music that i already have, without having to buy from itunes?

Details:
So as I said, this was a new video iPod, and I've been wanting to decorate it with manicure. After I did that, I didn't like it and I scratched it all off. Now the middle / control part of that is ruined and scratchy. How can I fix this?

I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and now when she turns it on it says "No Files", nothing has been deleted. When I plug it into the computer all the files show that they are still on it. I tried deleteing all the files on it and reloading them, but now it won't let me put the files back on it, it tells me there is an error.. Any advice... And please if you tell me to reset it, tell me how. I can't get any help from thier website or from the customer service.

i connected my ipod to my computer to update it cuz i had pit new songs in it but all of the sudden all my music erased form my ipod but not from my itunes what do i do to get them back on.. it also says a message about updating it in the software updating application.. what do i do with that to.. please help me..

I've recently transfered all the things from my old iTunes account on my dad's laptop to my own computer, and have had troubles authorizing things. It tells me that my old iTunes account does not exist though I know it does. I cannot authorize my computer to play songs I purchased with that account nor transfer them to my iPod. Do iTunes accounts expire?

I know how to set it to automatically sync my Itunes library onto my Ipod, but how do I get Itunes to pull ALL The music files off my computer and put them into my Itunes library? I can only get it to work if I manually add one music file at a time... which will take me forever... you know how on Windows MEdia player you can search for media files on your PC? Can you do that with Itunes?

I have an Ipod and I recently bought a new computer, and now I can't transfer my library from my old computer to my new computer. Can anyone out there help me?
