i connected my ipod to my computer to update it cuz i had pit new songs in it but all of the sudden all my music erased form my ipod but not from my itunes what do i do to get them back on.. it also says a message about updating it in the software updating application.. what do i do with that to.. please help me..

I have a nano too, and it can be quirky at times. If you've purchased it within the last year, call the 1-800 # on www.apple.com and ask for some help through customer service. I purchased a 2-year customer service plan for like $60 or so, and I can get help from them whenever I want, and they're really good at what they do. I suggest you do the same. That extended warranty/customer service plan is really worth it!

you can't add new music from a new computer and only on your file on your computer ( as in file i mean if you and your mom have a computer and you got a file and your mom has one too) i worked at best buy
