Ilo 1GB MP3 player?

I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and now when she turns it on it says "No Files", nothing has been deleted. When I plug it into the computer all the files show that they are still on it. I tried deleteing all the files on it and reloading them, but now it won't let me put the files back on it, it tells me there is an error.. Any advice... And please if you tell me to reset it, tell me how. I can't get any help from thier website or from the customer service.

try this to reset ipod press & hold menu and play/pause
