I pod, but that depends on the person , example do you like music, music videos, and dont really talk on the phone to much, then take the i pod, but if you do talk a lot on the phone, I would pick the cell phone. It isn't to good for music, unless you get a really expensive cell phone.

A cell phone. One day you may really be in trouble and need a cell phone for an emergency but you will never NEED an I pod.

2 you can add music onto it and talk, some cell phones can have upto 4 GB of music

I got the motorola SLVR L7 and its both a phone and an ipod, basicly holds like 512mb of songs. I love it, the only down side is that it takes a long time to transfer 512mb of cd's its only USB v1.1
Other than that i also have an ipod 20G and my phone. I like having them both separate but hey if you get one that does both its even better. I use my ipod at work and my cellphone at the gym because its smaller and i dont spend enough time there to run though a big playlist

Cell Phone.Nowadays..cell phone has more functions which include functions of a I Pod.Plus you can communicate with people more easily.
