I listen to a variety of music when I jog, songs that make me run faster like "ready to die" by Andrew WK to songs that make me zone out and forget what I'm even running like "Everything" by lifehouse...
I have around 300 songs on my mp3 player when I go running, the most important thing is to listen to music you enjoy.

What works suited is music with one hundred twenty-130bpm. Techno, trance and digital music have that form of beats. it is rather useful to seem for techno remixes of your known songs, or hear to my favourites. L'amour tojours -Gigi D'agsotino might desire to be the music- Joey ***** Shattered desires - Jaybee delight - Benny benassi only being enjoyed - Somnambulist In airborne dirt and dirt - Chemical Brothers Sounds of San Francisco- Royal Gigolos Shining- double Deejays Take me out -Franz Ferdinand
