before you download the basic(free) it says:

I will not use lw for copyrighted infringement
I might use lw for copyrighted infringement

is this meaning i wont/might download songs, is it legal to fileshare as long as you dont intend on keeping that music and is it ok to fileshare if you have the cd but it is scratched so your filesharing to renew it(in a way)?

I go to high school and I own a Creative Zen VM and I take it to school almost every day. One day, at the end of school everyone was at their lockers as well as my Creative Zen. I was in a rush to get to my bus because i was running a little lat for, so i rushed and threw everything in my bag. When I got on the bus, i unzipped my backpack to notice that my Creative Zen was gone! I was worried and asked some people about it. One of my friends said he knew who had it. He told me that this kid who was sort of a trouble maker found it in front of my locker and that he sold it to another sort of trouble maker kid for twenty bucks. I PAID TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS FOR THAT THING!!! My question is, 1) Should I ask the kid for it or go to an adult, 2) Should I have to pay him for it, and 3) If he doesn't give it to me, then who should i see about getting it back. Also, is what he did illegal if he didn't know its mine. Shouldn't he have given it to the office or someone higher up? Help me!

I asked my mom for permission to use her credit card number to bye songs of the internet, but I don't know any "trustworthy" websites. I went to Napster, but I think they only to Ipods. What other websites do you know?

See i have an RCA Lyra mp3 player and i use windows media player! snd it won't let me put any songs on it! It only lets 6 songs on it when there is a whole mp3 player left to fill, it says there not enough disk space! Please help me i really need it!

Hey I have an ipod and mine freezes sometimes my first one did too and I took it back and I got another one but it still freezes. My brother has one too and he doesn't have any problems with his..But I think its normal for them to freeze so I'm wondering what's some ways if its possible to make it unfrozen after it is besides waiting for the battery to run out. And also my friend has one and he told me you have to reset it by pressing all the middle buttons at the same time does that work? (I'd try it out myself but it hasn't frozen in a while) Thanks lots =)

I've tried:

Bear Share: It was awesome, but the songs wouldn't work on my mp3 player and 2 weeks after I got it, it said my trial had ended....bummer.

LimeWire: My current, Its okay but hardly any music will download and it always says "need more sources to download".

Ares & Kazaa: My dad won't let me get these because we got really nasty viruses from both of them.

So is there any better ones? And it has to be free...

anybody know if there will be a new ipod release soon?
I know the iphone is gone be out in June, but what about just the 'ipod' part. if they can create a full touch screen in iphone, shouldnt they create one just for ipod too?

When i try to load itunes it says

"The item you selected is unavailable. it might have been moved, renamed, or removed. Do you want to remove it from the list?"

i have no clue what to do, & im scared that all my songs might get deleted :/
