No, the ipod nano isn't configured for videos. Your playlist has that option because iTunes is configured for any iPod. You could have music videos on your computer and eventually put them on a video iPod, but not the nano.

No, on Itunes it has the playlist Music Videos for Ipod Video, and when you hook the nano the playlist also goes in it, but you CAN'T put videos in it.

No nano's can have video playback. Only the 2 versions of the video ipods have that ability
