1. Plug in iPod, let it open iTunes, then minimize then window.
2. Open the folder where your song files are stored after you down load w/ Limewire. ***note*** If you don't remember, open Limewire & click 'library' tab. Check column labeled 'path' ... It will show the destination folder on your pc.
3.select all the songs you want to move to your iPod.
I suggest you play them first to make sure the sound is good.
4. Go back to the iTunes window and make sure your iPod is highlighted. then tile both windows so you can see you songs and your iPod clearly.
5. Drag all the song files to iTunes, making sure that you drop it onto your iPod (it should stay highlighted) and the files will automatically be copied into the iPod.
Good luck!

detailed step by step explanation (i hope so at least)
find out where your files go after you download them in Limewire
Open up iTunes
click the "file" drop-down which is located in the upper-left corner of iTunes
click on the "add file to library" option, near the top of all the options listed in "file"
browse your computer in the small box for the folder in which Limewire uses to stores downloaded material
*optional, but suggested* right click on the song you wise to get onto your iPod, and go all the way to the "properties" option, and click on it, then go to the second tab, marked "umm actually i dunno what it's marked but it isn't "summary"" and make sure it's on advanced, then correct all the song infornmation to better organize your iPod
Then click the "open" button in that small browse box, and your song should appear in iTunes
Plug in your iPod, and if it is on auto-update then it'll auto add the song, if it isn't (which I suggest) then you drag the song into the group on the left of the iTunes program that is named "(whatever your iPod's name is)" and drop.
have fun!
ps. if iTunes is your default audio music player for your computer for .mp3 files (in short. if iTunes is your comp's standard music player) then all you have to do is double click the song in your limewire library and iTunes will open and the song will play. Then plug in your iPod, and drag the song into your iPod folder (which is located in the menu part on the left of iTunes)

u have to highlight the songs that u want with ur cursor, and right click and hold. drag it down to the title bar at the bottom of your screen from limewire to itunes.(when u are doing this, ur cursor becomes a circle with a line throught it). drag it to the itunes bar, go to the middle of the song list in ur library and release the button. all the highlighted songs should have transfered to itunes. : )

Of course! I have limewire and this is what i always do.
just find the folder on your computer where all your downloaded songs are and just drag and drop them into iTunes.
or you can drag and drop straight from LimeWire's library folder.
