How do I unlock my IPOD so that I can orginize and play songs using ITUNES?

Check that it is not on hold. And if it is not it is probably frozen. If it is frozen just let the battery die out and then you plug it into your computer and TADA you can organize your songs and use Itunes

If your iPod is locked, just shift the switch at the top of the iPod. When the iPod is locked, you should see a strip of bright orange. When it is unlocked, you shouldn't see the orange.
