I sused to call people a few years back and ask them if their refidgerator was running? then when they would say yes I would say you better go catch it or call saying survey are you gay? LOL

but now with caller ID It just isn't the same. Does anyone have any advice?

I keep getting harassing phone calls from the phone number (312) 334-4556. I don't know who it is or what they want, but I think it's something sinister. I'm just wondering if anyone here has been harrassed by this number?

just started or was just noticed this morning. I have an internet connection that is split with the phone line. It isn't a cordless phone. my friend thinks it may be the internet interfering, however, i've had the internet hooked up for months and never had this issue. I don't know if it is the phone, though I doubt it. I switched the phone cord just in case it had any possible breaks or tears. My guess is that it may be something externally rather than something in the house. any info would be appreciated. thanx.

I'm in a big argument with a friend of mine, and he thinks that there are no people who do not have land line, just cell phones. I myself would like to get rid of my land line and just have a cell. Is there anyone, in Canada, the US or anywhere who knows someone like this?????

I have a NTL D5800SE when I am on the phone it bleeps twice constantly then disconnects me, after reading the manual it says I am too near the base but this is not the case. I no longer have a the reciept so the shop won,t replace it, can anyone tell me what could be wrong and how to resolve this problem.

it in and it didnt work but the cordless phone thats attched to it was charging but the fax it self had no power to it and there is no power button or on and off button u just plug it in and it turns on. so i made sure the power cable was secure and it was on both ends so i gave up until about a month ago i tried it again but this time i wiggled the cord a bit and it worked!! I was like wow it worked! so i set it up where i wanted it to be and it was great no problems until about 2 weeks we had a problem with our garadge door and my dad not knowing turned all the power off in the whole house just for a second and everthing worked fine so i thought! I looked at the fax machine and it wasnt working again! no one touched it. it just bombed out after the power was shut off. I even tried another power cable from something i know works and it still didnt work and i know the outlet works cause i tried pluggingin something and it worked. so any one have any ideas on whats going on!
