about 6 or 7 times a day i get calls from all sorts of different companies, trying to get me to change my phone call provider, buy a mobile phone, get a conservatory on my house or buy a time share. i am getting sooooo fed up of them i just want them to stop. i remember watching richard and judy once and they had a few great websites where if you put in your details it will stop all these calls. does anyone have any information on this at all??

I have contacted the telephone preference service, and they helped to a degree. But I am getting calls from outside the uk, they are driving us crazy!!! The fact that they call at all is annoying, but they also call at ridiculously inconvenient times in the morning and night!

I have been getting as many as 5 calls per day. When I answer there is no one on that end. I have tried calling them, but their number, 914-579-8157 apparently is blocked.
I have National "Do Not Call".

I had just installed my new cordless phone. Callers from the other end can hear me clearly but from my side of the end I can bearly hear my callers because I can hear all the statics and somesone's radio going on in the background. Does anyone know what kind of problem I have with my phone?
