unfortunatly there is nothing that you can do because its outside the uk.
i used to just hang up but they just call back ive found out.
just say no to everything although this sometimes doesnt even work.
ie some indian bird trying to sell me a mobile phone contract.
"i already have one" i said "why would i want another one?"
She says "cos its a great deal!"
"i already have one" i said "why would i want another one?"
mad aint it???but it gets better
she starts to get ratty, keeps interupting me and then finally hangs up on me like IM being a pain in the ar*e!
Why would i want two contracts??????
right i'll get off my soapbox now.lol
sorry i cant help but thought id at least let you know you aint alone
Good luk.let me know if you have any luk

I agree with Dalweymouse.
I play that game with cold callers all the time.
Failing that, you could always contact BT and arrange for them to block calls from withheld and international numbers.

They stress me mad!!!...I tell them i've got in simple terms have been given in from paintings and approximately to consume, and that does no longer mean you are able to call returned in an hour....if i prefer something,i'm going to call you!!...Then I slam the telephone down.

you cannot stop them calling you but what you need to do is tell them to stop calling you and if they do you will report them to trading standards , at least that's what I did and they stopped calling
