I had my new cordless phone installed. Callers can hear me clearly. My side there's static & music inbackgroun

I had just installed my new cordless phone. Callers from the other end can hear me clearly but from my side of the end I can bearly hear my callers because I can hear all the statics and somesone's radio going on in the background. Does anyone know what kind of problem I have with my phone?

Yeah, it's called interference. Go buy a phone with a different frequency.

5.8 GHz

Yea same as above, nothin much you can do about it besides buy one with a different frequency.
