it in and it didnt work but the cordless phone thats attched to it was charging but the fax it self had no power to it and there is no power button or on and off button u just plug it in and it turns on. so i made sure the power cable was secure and it was on both ends so i gave up until about a month ago i tried it again but this time i wiggled the cord a bit and it worked!! I was like wow it worked! so i set it up where i wanted it to be and it was great no problems until about 2 weeks we had a problem with our garadge door and my dad not knowing turned all the power off in the whole house just for a second and everthing worked fine so i thought! I looked at the fax machine and it wasnt working again! no one touched it. it just bombed out after the power was shut off. I even tried another power cable from something i know works and it still didnt work and i know the outlet works cause i tried pluggingin something and it worked. so any one have any ideas on whats going on!

reset you fax machine thru the power supply...perhaps it is broken...but the machine itself works...take it back to costco, and tell 'em fix it!
