Ihave this on my bill and i dont know what it is.

Line rental is Â£11 per month - calls on top, less any friends and family discounts.

If you switch to a different supplier you will still have to pay BT for the rental of the line, but you pay the new supplier for all your calls.

I switched to Tesco home phone and pay just Â£3.97 per month for calls.
