This is a UK number and I keep getting phone calls from them, basically they are trying to sell me things. I've told them several times that I'm not interested but they still keep ringing. Who are these morons and why don't they just p*ss off?

I was trying to call a body shop phone number and the automatic recording rattled off the number and said that it was being checked for trouble. What does that mean? I've never heard that before. Thanks.
