first of all go to bt.com you will need to have your bt account number to hand its on the top right hand side part of the bill begins with 2letters followed bt 8numbers, the register for online billing if you go paper free billing save 25p a month on your line rental then create a user name and password from then on its really easy just follow the options!!!!
