k this person keeps on calling her and like being silent for like a minute and doesn;t answer no matter how many time's she says hello,so just wondering if anyone knows how to search a phone number and get a name.(for free) she doesnt want to like take drastice measures cuz she thinks it might be somone she knows if anyone know how i can get a name off a phone number free it would help alot thanx.
