All PBX systems are not supporting Caller ID feature. Some epabx, mostly developed after the year 2000 do support caller ID, and it is optional when you go to purchase it.
Some good epabx showes full caller id at all incoming nods, as set up by your choice, and also show internal extension number when called. When you transfer incoming call to another extension, it shows incoming call complete ID and also the ID of internal extension number suffixed to it. Panasonic has also developed wireless system of epabx.
Only Caller id imported from china is costing less than Rs.100/-, storage capacity ranging from last 50 calls to 500 calls. It also stores outgoing numbers details with time date and duration etc.

There are few if any analog PBX's left. A digital PBX needs the correct display sets for caller ID, and caller ID allowed needs to be programmed into the system.
