Phone # shows up on my caller ID as +91987666XXXX?

Is this an international call??? If so, do you know from where?

I thought it would be NC also...
However, I had a friend in NC call me and it shows up as 919-XXX-XXXX.

no, 919 is the area code for North Carolina!!!

I guess someone called you with a spoof card these cards allow you to create any name and number to display on a callers id you should try it on your family and friends
