dear gentl men , i found my account in packet8 closed regarding
my last bill is 9700 usd !! is this possible my calling cost 9700usd for one month and almost this service under maintain softtalk service and just inside untied state
work for 3 days and then next 5 to 10 days not work
so please what we have to do with this people

I have Packet8 softfone, and they send out an email 2 weeks ago....stating that they will cancel any account that has not been active for a while!!! I use mine every day!! go to their forum and ask Mike!!!

It sounds like your account may have been compromised as there is no way just calling the US with packet8 would run you $9,700! You would have to call a satellite phone pretty much non-stop for a month to rack up that kind of bill, or conference call 10 people from North Korea, Cuba and Vanuatu. I would definitely contest it with Packet8 as soon as possible! Try and get a detailed call record to see why you have such a charge.
