um...good luck with that...
i lived there for about a year and a half, and a telephone directory would have been handy, but i don't think one exists unfortunately.
on second thought...if you are in Freetown, you may want to check at Choithram supermarket at the intersection of Siaka Stevens Street & Kroo Town Road--I think I remember that they had some sort of phone book for sale...
