Land Phones

Ok Im on the do not call list-they could care less!
Its all to sell me prescription medicines.
Its been going on 2 years now 5 times a day or more.
I cannot change my number without massive business disruption!
Asking to stop nicely doesnt help
Call block : They can get around it
The Phone company wont help
The DEA and FBI wont help The FTC wont help
The last straw: They Now call daily starting at
6 30 AM !!!!!!! and Im an insomniac !
SUNDAY TOO
Family emgcy sick parent : cannot shut ringer at bedtime !
Believe coming from overseas
Talking foul doesnt help
Being nice doesnt help
Asking to remove me doesnt help

ANY IDEAS ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish if anyone solves this I could offer an reward !

I had vonage, and the service was terrible. It broke up and cut out all the time. Do you agree? Has anyone tried time warner's phone service? Is it similar, or does it work well like verizon or another company does?

just moved into a new flat and asked bt to activate the line there. my 2 bedroom flat has 8 sockets!! and none of them has a dial tone. and it also has a big white box with a lot of wires coming out. does an engineer have to come out? why are there so many sockets in such a small flat??

I keep getting phone calls from some one who thinks they know me but, they keep putting the phnoe down when i ask who they are!
I have managed to retrive the number but when I call it i get a message telling me that this number does not take incomming calls!
i need to know more about this please help me find something out

My boyfriend calls and we talk for a long time... is that going to show up on the phone bill since I dont want my parents knowing i talk to him. The phone call is private though, and i heard from a friend that it doesn't show the number on the phone bill. (i used AT&T) (this is a home phone)
