If you calling from the US you have to dial 011+Contry Code+City Code+number. If you're calling from europe you have to dial 00+Country code+City code.

Good Luck!!!

For country and city codes:

Depending on where you are calling from, some places you have to dial 011, and then the country code to where you are calling. Then, depending on the number, some of the international numbers that start with a 1 or 0, you have to drop the 1 or 0, and then dial. So for instance, a german number 0555-555-5555, to call it from Iowa would be 011-49-555-555-5555. Hope that helps.

You should dial 00 + country code (33 for France, 1 for USA, etc... you should find a list of the country codes in the phone book or online), and then your phone number (usually without the first zero).

If I were in England trying to ring France, I would do :

00 33 1555 xxx xxxx

Good luck.

You have to dial 00 then the country code, then the area code (without the leading zero) then the phone number

So to call my office from the US you would dial

00 44 20 7553xxxx (from within the UK it would be 020 7553xxxx).

It is possible that your phone line is barred from making international calls.

00 is not a country code.

Contact the phone company, not the operator, and get the dialing directions.
