I've read the other reponses to similar questions about card errors. And, perhaps I'm just searching for an impossible answer. But, here it goes. I'm really hoping someone can help. I connected my SD memory card through a card reader. I was transferring files from my computer TO the card (pic files, which I've done successfully before). But, I started getting some sort of error. And the computer was doing weird things as well. So, I stopped, pulled out the card and tried to put it back in my camera, which is when I received the card error message. Now nothing will read on the camera or on the card reader- the computer says the card is not formatted and asks if I want to do so now. I have some very important pics on there that had yet to be transferred onto my computer (a wedding, a goodbye party, and others). If there is ANY way I might be able to get those pics back, please help me! Is there some sort of recovery program I could use? Thank you very much for your help!!

What's the benefit of having the Casio Exilim compared to the sony cyber-shot 6.0 megapixel?

Or are there any other good digital cameras out there that are under $200?

I used to be able to upload pictures, had my computer overhauled replacing windows 98 with windows 2000. Now the computer won't recognise the camera. I go to control panel to add and it shows the camera with a question mark. Manual shows it supports windows 2000 psi. What to do to make this work??? Kodak easyshare program still works on computer, but the camera isn't recognised.

Hey guys. I've been looking at digital cameras, because I want a new one for Christmas. I've been looking at the Canon PowerShot SD600, and I like it and everything, but I just want to know if there is an even better one than that. Oh, and I want the camera to have a good flash (I'm not sure if its called that) that doesn't make people look really bright and white, which the old digital camera we have does. Please help! Thanks!!

I've just started attending a digital photography course and I've an assignment to do over christmas to take photo whilst using the skills and techniques I've learned. I am still an amateur and I was wondering what would be considered as a good subject matter?I am open to all suggestions and would like to hear from people who've more experience in digital photography>

I'm looking at these digital cameras on Newegg.com and the only difference I really see in these is CCD and MOS. I have no clue what they are, so could anyone help me out?

Check them out here...
