I used to be able to upload pictures, had my computer overhauled replacing windows 98 with windows 2000. Now the computer won't recognise the camera. I go to control panel to add and it shows the camera with a question mark. Manual shows it supports windows 2000 psi. What to do to make this work??? Kodak easyshare program still works on computer, but the camera isn't recognised.

It sounds like the driver is gone. Go to their website and check to see if they have a new update for the program. You might have to get the new download or rerun the install of the program with your cd. Good luck.

That is very strange...hope someone with experience answers you with good info. But if not, you can go to Kodak, com, click on "contact us." Then chose their phone number or live chat on-line. Hope you find your answer. I have same camera and program. Had a little trouble when I had to install it in new comouter, but a couple of days later, it had "cured" itself!
