I am an amteur Wildlife and Nature photographer that has a large and varied range of images that i might be interested in selling.
Does anyone know of a place or the best place to send some of my pics to see if they are good enough.
I have had a picture of a snake published in the BBC Wildlife Magazine and also have a picture reprisenting June in a BBC Calendar, both pics were amateur so there was no money involved and i was wondering what my next step is for turning Pro.

Any answers will be helpful.

okay so i own a Olympus c-740 Ultra Zoom Digital Camera and the lens was accidentally scratched so it's impossible to take a picture without seeing the blur from the scratch. Is there any way to fix it without getting a whole other camera? Because those things get expensive! Any advice will help. Thanks

on viewing pics on TV or computer they come out clear, but pretty poor on a 6x4 printout. Can I change any settings in photoshop,
to improve the quality, change resolution or pixels or what ever.

I am a film camera lover and have been trying to get "with it" and get a digital camera, but every time I see my friends' digital pictures, compared to my film ones, I am not convinced ( they usually use snapfish ). They seem totally happy with thier mediocre pictures, but I have really high standards when it comes to quality. Is there such a thing as a perfect digital picture?

length. To keep it slightly rectangle like a 35mm slide and fill the screen ( all text) How do I know what pixel amounts to set and whats "keep aspect ratio "mean?

Requirements:
Able to capture the action about anywhere on the field.
Rapid-fire mode.
Clear pictures without blur even when the kids are running full tilt.
Place to connect monopod (stand with one leg.)
Doesn't break the bank! :-)

I don't need a huge amout of pixels - 5mega would be fine, even 4 if it would bring down the price.

I just bought an underwater camera and the suggested ISO is 200. THe camera has an internal flash but woudln't it be better to use a higher speed film to capture more light and color? Wouldn't ISO 400 or 800 better?

I am using a Sony DSC S500 Digital Camera and I am using NiMH Battery in that camera. What do you think that NiMH battery is better and gives more shots as compared to Lithium ion battery or not, and how many shots can I click with flash using NiMH battery?? And can I modify my camera so that I can use Lithium Ion battery instead of NiMH battery. Thank you

I am looking into buying the Oylmpus E-Volt 500 DSL digital camera and also looking at a Panasonic DMC-FZ50K 10.1MP with 12x optical zoom. I am looking for a camera that I can zoom in but I don't know what all that pixel information means. Why buy a DSL when the zoom on another camera seems to be the same?

Can anyone tell me if rechargeable AA batteries are as good as the lithium variety on compact digital cameras? How may pics would you get before needing to change, assuming you review pictures from time to time? I'm looking at the Canon Powershot A430.

I'm looking for a good digital cam, 6mgpxl or more at a price of no more than $250. I saw the Canon PowerShot SD600 and it looks good. Any other recommendations or would this be a good buy?

Recently my casio z 60 started to say lens error. The lens also somehow got a little fogged up so I had to clean it with some saline. The lens error messages have stopped, but all the pics I have taken since then have been brighter. Anybody know a way to fix this?
